Classic Double Room
Enjoy the quiet comfort of our Classic rooms, which mostly look out over the garden courtyard at the back of the building, and have the mountain side as a backdrop and zero road noise!
Furnished with a Queen/King sized or Twin single beds, these rooms measure around 22 m².
An additional fold-out bed is available for a 3rd occupant in most of our Classic rooms. This bed measures 190x90 cm, and has a 16 cm thick sprung mattress. As additional beds go, this one is the very best we could find! However, please note that when deployed, space in the room will be limited. We can also provide baby cots free of charge for the youngest of our guests.
A limited number of interconnecting Classic rooms are available. Please contact the reception directly to check for availability for the dates of your stay.
Sea View Double Room with Balcony
From your balcony enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean in our Sea View rooms. Perfect for sitting outside and enjoying breakfast, drinks, a read or a snooze, the balconies measure around 6m² and are have two comfortable easy chairs and a large coffee table. The sliding double doors to the balcony are fully soundproofed, so traffic noise from the road is minimal when they are closed.

Classic Double Room with Balcony
We have a 5 Classic rooms with a balcony on the West side of the building. At around 19m², these rooms are a little smaller than our Classic rooms, but make up for it with generous balcony that looks out over the quiet side street, furnished with two chairs and a small coffee table.
These rooms are available with Twin or Queen-size beds, and all have bathrooms with a walk-in shower.
Amenities in all our rooms
The rooms feature all you'd expect (we hope!) from a contemporary hotel: Air conditioning, free WiFi Internet, a Minibar with free non-alcoholic beverages (renewed daily), tea and coffee-making equipment, a room safe, a flat screen television with international channels (mainly French, English Italian and German channels, as well as limited Swiss, Russian and USA programs). Two USB charge ports are built into the alarm clock, which also acts as a Bluetooth speaker.
The bathrooms may have either a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower. Slippers and bathrobes are available on request free of charge. Fragonard branded toiletries are renewed daily, and of course there's a hair dryer. If you have a particular preference for a shower or bath, just let us know when you book, and we'll do our best to make sure you get what you prefer!
Accessible rooms
The hotel has two accessible rooms (One Classic and One Sea View). A variety of equipment can be provided to make things as easy and comfortable as possible for guests with a range of impairments. There is step-free access from the reserved parking space directly in front of the hotel right to the room using the accessible elevator.

Cap Moderne - Eileen Gray & Le Corbusier
Cap Moderne encompasses three emblematic examples of modern architecture on an outstanding natural site at Roquebrune Cap Martin: Eileen Gray's E-1027 Villa, the Cabanon of Le Corbusier and his Holiday Cabins. In 2016, the architectural works of Le Corbusier, including the Cabanon in Roquebrune Cap Martin, were inscribed on the Unesco List of World Heritage Sites.

From the hotel, the Cap Moderne site is a pretty 5km walk around the coastal path of the Cap Martin, with a very quick train ride back to Carnolès station, 600m from the hotel.
